This unique gym system offers an immersive, interactive workout experience unlike traditional fitness centers—no treadmills, rowers, bikes, or standard strength equipment. Instead, it features PRAMA, a cutting-edge fitness program used by only five gyms in the U.S. The system includes circuit-based group classes designed to enhance strength, agility, coordination, and reaction time. Classes such as Flex Appeal, HIIT Happens, Power Hour, Cardio Combat, and Flow are powered by an integrated software system that syncs music and lighting with a curated series of exercises developed by the head trainer. The environment is designed to be modern and motivating—no mirrors or harsh fluorescent lights, just an energizing and immersive fitness experience.

Wire Transfer required on all purchases. 10% buyer’s premium on all sales. Information is believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Multi Par auction process may be used. Buyers are responsible for the removal of the gym system, and any damage caused to the building during removal must be repaired at the buyer’s expense. All equipment must be removed by September 30th; failure to do so will result in the buyer being responsible for the next month’s lease payment.
